"The practice tests helped me a lot…"
The practice tests helped me a lot, honestly. A few of the explanations felt a little too short, but I still understood most of what I needed to, so I guess that means the materials were clear enough. Overall, they made studying feel more manageable
"Frustrating Rescheduling Experience"
I tried to reschedule my test, but the site just kept looping me around and I couldn’t really figure out what was going on. The fees weren’t very clear either, so I wasn’t sure what I was actually being charged for. it was just a annoying experience
"Pretty Smooth Compared to Other Online Tests"
I took my test through ets online proctoring it was a decent experience. The check-in took a little longer than I expected since I had to show my room, ID, and all that, but the proctor was clear and easy enough to follow. During the actual test, I didn’t run into any major problems, just one quick camera lag that made me nervous for a second, but it fixed itself. Compared to some other online testing platforms I’ve used, ets felt a bit more organized, even if it wasn’t totally perfect. Still, it was definitely easier than driving to a test center.
"The security for the test was really clear…"
The security for the test was really clear and felt serious, which I guess is a good thing because it made the whole process feel organized and fair. Check-in did take a little longer than I was expecting, and I remember feeling like, okay, this is dragging a bit, but once I got through that part everything went fine. Overall, it felt fair and I didn’t have any real issues
"Way Too Hard to Book a Test"
I didn’t expect booking a test to be this frustrating. I kept getting sent in circles between pages, the login process was confusing, and the links I actually needed felt buried. They make it sound like everything will be simple and straightforward, but it’s mostly vague promises and a messy setup. I wasted way more time than I should have just trying to find basic info...
"Confirmed Online Testing Was the Better Choice"
The room check took a little longer than I expected, but the proctor was fine and the test started without any real issues. I already figured taking it from home would be less stressful than going to a testing center, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. Not perfect, but definitely the better option in my opinion.

"Support could of been better"
I reached out to ets customer service because I had a question about my account, but the response I got felt kinda copy and pasted. They did reply, but it wasn’t really answering what I was asking. I had to explain it again and then wait some more, which was annoying. They weren’t rude or anything, just not super helpful. For such a big testing site, I expected better support.

"Surprisingly Smooth Exam Experience"
I took my test on ETS i was pleasantly surprised by how well the platform held up. The login took a little longer than I expected, which had me slightly nervous at first, but once I got in, everything was stable. No crashes, no loading problems, and the exam itself went smoothly. Overall, a solid experience, 4 stars.

"Login issues and painfully slow support"
I had trouble logging in right before my test, which was already stressful enough, and support took forever to get back to me. When they finally did, the response was just the usual lazy copy-paste nonsense that didn’t feel helpful at all. I eventually got it fixed, but the whole waiting around was ridiculous.

"Feels Like a Bait and Switch"
I was excited to try this because it made it seem like there would be options available near me, but once I actually went to book, there were no dates anywhere close by. It felt like a bit of a bait and switch. Frustrating after getting my hopes up.

"I’m not sure what’s going on, but the…"
I’m not sure what’s going on, but the scores just feel off, like I’ll answer things the way I expect to and then the result doesn’t really match my experience at all, so I’m left second-guessing whether I misunderstood something or if the scoring is actually a bit wrong.

"I was in a decent mood until extra…"
I was in a decent mood until extra charges popped up after checkout. That kind of surprise just feels frustrating and left a bad taste. Not cool.

"I had my test cancelled a little…"
I had my test cancelled a little while after booking it, which was frustrating. I reached out to support the same day, but the replies weren’t very clear and I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. The refund did come through eventually, about a week or so later, but the whole process felt slower than I expected...
"Setting up my account and logging in was…"
Setting up my account and logging in was simple. From my experience, it felt like they designed the process for regular users who just want to get in and start using the service without dealing with a bunch of confusing steps...

"Slowpokes, but They Helped"
These slowpokes took forever to get back to me, which was annoying. But once they finally replied, the answer was actually helpful enough to sort things out.

"I thought I’d be waiting longer..."
I thought I’d be waiting longer, but my scores came in quickly, which was a nice surprise. No real issues on my end — everything was straightforward...

"Fair Overall, Just a Bit Tough"
It felt like a fair test overall. Some parts were definitely harder than others, but that’s kind of expected if you’re supposed to actually know the material.

"I booked my test through ets.org…"
I booked my test through ets.org, the process was mostly smooth. From my experience, the important stuff like dates, fees, and ID requirements was easy enough to find, which made the booking feel less stressful. A few pages were a bit too wordy, and one update took me a minute to figure out, but overall the communication was solid. I’d give it 4 stars.
"Hit or miss for test prep"
I used ets.org to study for my test, and it was hit or miss. Some of the material was useful and helped me feel a little more prepared, but a lot of the practice questions didn’t feel that close to what I actually saw on the real exam. Since it’s ETS, I really expected the prep to line up better. Instead, I felt like I spent too much time on topics that barely showed up, while other areas I needed more practice in weren’t covered enough. It wasn’t completely useless, but for the cost and the stress of test prep, I was disappointed. I’d definitely use other study resources too, not just this

"Delivery Took Way Too Long"
It took forever to get to my school. I kept waiting and checking for it, but it just dragged on way longer than it should have. Like, make it make sense, why did it take that long just to arrive?
